SHIPPING + DELIVERY
It is our goal to deliver your purchase or gift as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed + Shipping. Please note we are a rural based business and all your orders are dispatched from regional Queensland. The Good Gift Co sends the majority of your packages via Australia Post. Once your order has been registered with Australia Post, a tracking number is provided, via your nominated email or SMS. For larger orders we will use our local courier service and a shipping quote will be provided.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard rate shipping rate for most items is $10, Australia wide. For larger items, such as market baskets, gift hampers/boxes extra postage fees will occur, you will be charged according to cubic weight.

FREE local delivery: We offer free, local delivery to Goondiwindi.

LATE DELIVERIES, LOSS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS: The Good Gift Co take no responsibility for late deliveries, lost or damaged products. We utilise third party delivery services and cannot provide any warranty or guarantee that no damage will be incurred during the delivery of your order.

RETURNS POLICY EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including promotional discounts. For all exchanges, please email thegoodgiftcoau@gmail.com and we will reply with the next step.

REFUNDS: We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of
receipt of goods. Goods must be in the original condition and include ALL original
packaging. If your order is not returned in its original packaging, it will not be
processed. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s)returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.

Please note card numbers cannot be changed/transferred and refunds cannot be
processed via a different payment method or to a different person. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. FAULTY ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund. Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for repair if possible, or replacement. Please note, items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty. Please note, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item. Without the proof of purchase, it will not be processed. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. The Good Gift Co is not responsible for the cost of return postage. All items require a signature on delivery, and shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. While we do everything, we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.

faulty.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ORDERING: We encourage all orders to be placed through our website using either Visa or
Mastercard. Once you have entered your information and processed your order, you will
receive an email or SMS confirming your order. Orders can also be placed over the phone or
via email if this is more convenient for you. You can pay with Credit Card or direct deposit.
Goods will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation of payment.
PRE ORDERS: The Good Gift Co offer a pre-order service for a selection of products, allowing
customers to pre-purchase certain items that have not yet been released. These products
are on order and have yet to arrive in store. At the time you place your order, you will be
required to pay 100% deposit of the amount, to guarantee the item plus shipping fees.
PURCHASE OF GIFTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL: Please note that all orders containing alcohol
must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. When
ordering gifts with alcohol from The Good Gift Co, you declare that the intended recipient is
18 or over.
CORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS: An automated confirmation email is sent directly to you once
your order has been placed. Please ensure that you review the details on the order, to
ensure they are correct and notify The Good Gift Co as soon as possible. Correction of
shipping details is easily changed prior to an order being shipped. Once an order has been
shipped, responsibility lies with the person who placed the order, to correct the shipping
details with Australia Post, as their email or contact phone number has been registered with
the tracking number.
